oh, THAT old trick, I've been done going to for sure a whole shitload of things, including setting up some kind of sensible writing/art tax thingy for several years. So far, I've successfully avoided it by your methods of paralysis and running things through the gallery where I have an art studio and make drudgery like collecting tax on purchases THEIR problem. Of course I pay a percentage price for doing that. So, yes, I am paralyzed dumbass.
Yay! Glad you're feeling on track. Here's some unsolicted advaice. I do not like Amazon't formatter. It does weird things to the text. You can try it out but there are formatters that are much better. As a PC user, I use Atticus. If you're a person, it would be Vellum. Also you can use your own publishing company with a logo even if you're with Amazon. I do this with my books.
