I love learning little details like this art with shared custody--fantastic! I still haven't been to the Whitney. We just visited the Guggenheim for the first time earlier this month and saw a few Warhol pieces. My husband was immersed in a neon one.
--isn't that a funny behind the scene story? The guide told it to us on a tour. how did you like the Guggenheim? I literally walked right past it. Next time my sites are on MOMA--unless you tell me they should be on the Guggenheim…
The Guggenheim was great. I liked how laid back it felt even though it was so contemporary. It was just enough for a 2-3 hour visit for me. We got lunch a few doors down at a church converted into a coffee shop/cafe--Church of Heavenly Rest Cafe. Fantastic coffee, salad, and service.
I can't adequately compare the Guggenheim to MOMA or the others nearby--I never got around to visiting any of them when I lived in New York. My only visit was to the Museum of Natural History on obligatory elementary school trips. 🤷🏻♀️

--You're so very welcome. I'm happy to have taught you something new today. By the way, just what did you think he did?
LOL I thought he was just an actor
-- that made me laugh. are we talking about the same person?!
LMAO apparently not?
